Job Title: Quality Assurance Instructional Designer

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Instructional Designer to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality instructional materials and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructional materials, including courseware, training plans, and evaluation tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that instructional materials are accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that instructional materials meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all instructional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in instructional design and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality instructional materials and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models, including ADDIE and SAM.
  • Experience with eLearning software, including Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
