Job Title: Enterprise Management Tools Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Management Tools Systems Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise management tools to ensure the security and efficiency of our clients' systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise management tools to monitor and manage system health, troubleshoot issues, and adjust thresholds as needed.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring tools system health, troubleshooting tools problems, and making required configuration changes.
  • Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.
  • Develop knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in enterprise management tools, system administration, and network device system administration.
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
  • Proficient in Windows Server Administrator, RHEL/Linux Server Administrator, Network device system administration, and web application technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Application/System Admin experience with the OpenText Operations Bridge Suite.
  • Programming experience in Python, R, JavaScript, Perl, or UNIX scripting.
  • Experience operating data analytics applications (Splunk or Elastic ELK Stack).
