Athenix Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Training Developer 2 to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive learning modules using COTS/GOTS software such as Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, and Blackboard.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document concepts, processes, work tasks, and related subject matter.
  • Develop learning solution documentation, including storyboards, job aids, and design plan documents.
  • Consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning content.
  • Develop scripts, narration, text, and other content for learning solutions.
  • Incorporate media components such as videos, images, animations, or interactive elements into learning products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Systems Design, or a related field, or an additional 4 years of recent experience in Instructional Systems Design or adult Education development.
  • 2 years of recent related experience in an Instructional Systems Design or adult Training development role.
  • Experience developing training in a web development environment.
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools: Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, and Blackboard.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
