Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to develop, deliver, and manage investment programs that drive mutual business objectives and desired outcomes.


About the Role:


In this role, you will be responsible for articulating the unique value proposition of investment opportunities across marketing, incentives, and product promotions, aligning them with partners' strategies. You will also coordinate program effectiveness reporting and make recommendations for go-forward efforts.


You will work directly with PPM and Marketing organizations as well as with partners, setting up partner agreements, updating their status, building slide decks (using PowerPoint), preparing metrics review decks, coordinating back-end responsibilities related to in-plan and ad-hoc events, and providing regular updates on changes, cancellations, etc.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree completed in a related field
  • Recent 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Support
  • 1-2 years of experience using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
  • Familiarity with the Sum function in Excel and ability to use Vlookup formulas, condensing multiple reports into one report

Educational Requirements:

Salary: $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
