Job Description

Job Summary:

The Program Manager - Customer Success at MultiSource Mfg is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with top-tier customers. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for legacy part growth and new part development within assigned customers.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Submit forecasts to planning, operations, and management teams for evaluation and approval.
  • Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries and requests related to order status, schedule changes, and returns.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain strategic customer account plans, including current contacts and influencers.
  • Performance Management: Proactively manage customer scorecards to provide an accurate view of MultiSource's performance.
  • Communication: Provide weekly updates to the team on key customer activities and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related industrial sales or program/project management capacity, with some experience in precision production manufacturing and engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to plan and implement results-oriented sales activities.
