  • Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and promoting preventative care.
  • Assist incoming and outgoing clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • Leadership and customer focus skills to drive client satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless client service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client and operational issues.
