Job Overview

Yoh is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will be based on-site at our client's office in Clifton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate smooth client set-up processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support field sales teams to increase client interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between commercial sales representatives and clients to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Monitor and maintain client files for audit purposes.
  • Process demographic, pricing, and billing adjustments for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Specialist to onboard new clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of technical, billing, or customer support experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
