Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to enhance and grow our online presence and community engagement. This role entails the strategic planning, execution, and daily oversight of our beauty brands' social media platforms. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with followers, influencers, customers, and media to strengthen our brand visibility. Analyzing real-time performance data and generating actionable insights will be crucial to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our diverse customer segments, including both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Conceive and develop engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia elements that effectively communicate Simply Organic Beauty's mission and vision.
  • Oversee daily management of social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, identifying opportunities and challenges, and addressing inquiries and comments.
  • Act as a proactive contributor who can manage various stakeholders while innovating new storytelling methods.
  • Track social media trends, evaluate performance metrics, and provide recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor actions, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, guidelines, and regulations in the evolving social media landscape.
  • Create compelling narratives with a keen attention to detail, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and reputation management.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, customers, and partners, including photographers and video production teams, to optimize results and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

  • This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at our Downtown St. Petersburg location three days a week.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on clear and engaging narrative creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft engaging content and execute successful social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in AI and digital marketing.
  • A passion for clean beauty and a commitment to sustainability, with a desire to stay informed about industry advancements.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
