SALESPERSON & SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson & Social Media Lead to join our Rent-to-Own store. This role requires a blend of exceptional sales skills, lead management, and social media expertise. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, capturing and converting incoming leads (both phone and in-person), following up on online inquiries, and managing our social media account to generate brand awareness and drive business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Sales Initiatives
    1. Actively engage and convert leads that come in through phone, in-store visits, and online channels.
    2. Develop strategies to meet and exceed weekly sales goals.
    3. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  2. Lead Management
    1. Follow up on online leads and sales inquiries to ensure a smooth and timely sales process.
    2. Track and manage all sales leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
    3. Create and maintain an organized system for lead tracking and follow-up.
  3. Social Media Management
    1. Develop and manage our store's social media presence from the ground up (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc.).
    2. Create engaging content to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
    3. Run promotions, contests, and engaging posts that convert followers into customers.
  4. Sales Growth & Reporting
    1. Meet and exceed weekly sales targets consistently.
    2. Track and report on social media and sales metrics regularly to measure effectiveness.
    3. Continuously identify and develop new opportunities to generate leads and increase sales.
    4. Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of high performance.

Qualifications:

    1. Prior experience managing social media accounts for a business, with the ability to create compelling content.
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers both in-person and over the phone.
    3. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and track progress.
    4. Ability to meet weekly sales goals and work independently.
    5. Familiarity with the rent-to-own industry is a plus, but not required.
