Property Maintenance Coordinator

POSITION: COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations, ensuring timely inspections and task management.
- Prepare vacant units for leasing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal throughout the community.
- Manage inventory effectively and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a secure environment.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in the development of budgets for maintenance and repair tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Possess and maintain personal hand tools, demonstrating proficiency in their safe usage.
- Utilize logical reasoning to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to represent the company effectively.
- Proficient in using various software applications, including property management systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
- Basic office equipment operation skills, including copiers and telephones.
- Mathematical aptitude for financial and budgeting responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Hold EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
- CPO certification is preferred, with a willingness to obtain it.
- Possess all necessary certifications as mandated by local and state regulations.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is essential.
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and evenings.
*This role offers a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment*
