We currently have an opening for a Senior Financial Control Analyst to become part of our team. This position collaborates closely with program leadership and finance to create, oversee, and present data that guides decision-makers and is vital for program success. It involves financial and administrative reporting for various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with program leadership in the Estimate at Completion (EAC) development process; tracks performance against established budgets and timelines.
- Facilitates, monitors, and predicts program financial indicators to support revenue calculations for month-end closing and financial planning activities.
- Ensures that reviews of financial and internal controls are sufficient to meet management objectives.
- Analyzes and projects variances, trends, and expenditure reports; generates financial visualizations to support program management and reviews.
- Assists program leadership by executing specific tasks related to evaluations of management practices and policies; suggests modifications to improve operational efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of internal control systems and procedures.
- Strong financial analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in multitasking and collaborating to meet deadlines.
- Ability to summarize, organize, and present information to various management levels.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
Desired Skills
- Experience in program planning and/or program cost management.
- Advanced proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within the aerospace sector.
- Capability to obtain a security clearance.

Compensation
$88,000 - $120,000
Compensation Philosophy
Redwire determines compensation for positions based on local, national, and industry-specific survey data across our locations in the U.S. We assess external equity and the prevailing wage index in the relevant job market for roles comparable to those within our organization.
For new hires, we aim to extend competitive offers that allow for future growth. Salaries are determined by the applicant's experience, education, and specialized skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, our internal budget, and internal equity for the same position. Candidates with a stronger skill set may be considered for higher compensation.
