Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee grant management, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage investments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, with at least two years specializing in nonprofit organizations preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $160,000 per year.
