Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role is essential for attracting and securing top-tier talent across the organization while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Talent Attraction strategies effectively.
- Coordinate job advertisements through various platforms, including online job boards and educational institutions.
- Engage in proactive recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and college outreach.
- Develop and maintain industry contacts to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Participate in networking events to expand knowledge and skills.
- Assist in crafting and implementing social media strategies to foster candidate interest and loyalty.
- Manage job postings internally and externally in accordance with the recruitment plan.
- Oversee the candidate selection and onboarding process.
- Source qualified candidates through effective channels, minimizing reliance on agencies.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs.
- Maintain regular communication with potential future candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Work with the Talent Coordinator to schedule interviews and manage travel arrangements.
- Notify leadership of any recruitment concerns.
- Negotiate salary and hiring terms, preparing offer letters and securing acceptance.
- Participate in New Hire Orientations as necessary in collaboration with Learning & Development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is essential.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in HR recruiting within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with social networking strategies to attract potential talent.
- Experience with sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to implement successful strategies.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and judgment abilities.
- Competent in technology use and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $65,220.24 to $109,989.53, exclusive of benefits and potential bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and education.
