Senior Human Resources Generalist, Bilingual

We're a global company that's committed to innovation and excellence, and we're looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team.
You'll be supporting projects and leaders across our COO organization, with a focus on Global Operations.
As a Bilingual HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for providing front-line support to managers and leaders, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives.
You'll also be working closely with HR specialists, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to build out and refine our on-site support model for Global Operations manufacturing sites.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for acting as a superuser for HR and compliance systems, generating reports with high data integrity, and providing insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes.
We're looking for someone with strong analytics skills, familiarity with data analysis, and advanced Excel and WorkDay experience.
You'll also need to have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies.
