Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Account Manager to join our team at Professional Employment Group of Colorado. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, account prioritization, and closing plans.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Drive team performance through continuous coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, address challenges, and enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate the value of our products and ensure successful product expansion.
- Prepare and execute an annual sales plan, with monthly updates on progress.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing a large sales team, ideally in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales.
- Proven success in leading teams and driving sales results.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to analyze data, create actionable plans, and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree required.
