Margot Elena Companies & Collections, a leading industry player for 30 years, is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Associate to drive sales growth and expand market share within our high-value specialty retail channel.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Exceeding sales targets by proactively generating orders via telephone and email.
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with prospective customers.
  • Cultivating enthusiasm among customers for seasonal sales promotions.
  • Efficiently managing administrative aspects of order processing and fulfillment.
  • Participating in industry-related events to remain informed about market trends and cultivate potential customer relationships.
  • Delivering polished and persuasive presentations to prospects.
  • Conducting regular travel visits to existing and potential clients to ensure strong client engagement.

Essential Qualifications and Sales Proficiencies

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven sales acumen with a minimum of 1+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience.
  • Product mastery with a comprehensive understanding of our product and service portfolio.
  • Assertive sales prowess with a confident and outgoing demeanor.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability with proficiency in adapting to a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Professional communication skills with exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to rapidly assimilate new systems and processes.
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills and expertise in CRM database software.
