We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our busy sales team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing expert advice on vehicle selection, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • You will be paid a commission on each sale, with a minimum guarantee, and have the opportunity to earn volume performance bonuses and back-end commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including optional packages and the latest technologies, to become a trusted vehicle authority.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Develop strategies to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience is required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends is necessary.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new product knowledge and improve sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
