Role Overview: In this dynamic leadership position, the Store Manager embodies Papa Murphy's dedication to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

  • Fostering a positive atmosphere and culture for employees daily
  • Recruiting, training, and overseeing a motivated and efficient team
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service and training staff to replicate this standard.
  • Utilizing business acumen to ensure efficient operations, satisfied customers, and a profitable store
  • Exercising administrative skills by providing precise reports, tracking and reconciling promotional materials, and managing crew schedules
  • Ensuring the safety of employees and customers by maintaining compliance with operational and health regulations at all levels.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of the store, preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure adherence to sanitary standards.
  • Managing inventory accurately based on sales patterns and verifying deliveries for accuracy.
  • Monitoring cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in bank deposits and cash management.
  • Engaging with the local community through marketing initiatives.
  • Creating an outstanding pizza experience for every customer.

What You Bring:

(Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required)

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar fast-casual restaurant environment
  • ServSafe certification is essential – you are a food safety authority
  • Strong communication skills that captivate an audience.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and strategies to keep customers returning.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
  • Understanding of financial metrics, including P&Ls, food costs, and labor, to positively influence store operations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while providing efficient customer service.
  • Team-oriented mindset: readiness to assist with shifts when needed.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
