What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification is essential – you are a food safety authority
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with others
  • Outstanding customer service abilities to keep patrons returning
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
  • Understanding of financial metrics, including P&Ls, food costs, and labor, to enhance store performance
  • Ability to meet deadlines while providing quick and efficient customer service
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist during staff shortages
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
