Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive documentation of system functionalities.
  • Coordinate multiple project streams involving various vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers across vendor and state teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Maintain an integrated master schedule for project timelines.
  • Track the completion of tasks by vendors and stakeholders.
  • Document application support procedures for both internal and external users.
  • Ensure the quality and documentation of business processes and workflows.
  • Guarantee that vendors develop and maintain thorough documentation, including role-based permissions.
  • Establish procedures for managing user accounts.
  • Compile reports as identified by business stakeholders.
  • Review vendor deliverables to ensure quality prior to approvals.
  • Develop and maintain a RAID log for project risks and issues.
  • Create and manage a RACI matrix in collaboration with vendors and project management teams.
  • Generate and update weekly status reports on project progress.
  • Document and communicate any changes in project scope and manage the change control process.
  • Notify relevant parties of any delays or obstacles that may impact project timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to project management and vendor management teams regarding vendor performance.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the program.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, distributing agendas and minutes in coordination with vendors.
  • Supervise system configuration according to business specifications.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure successful system configuration and performance testing, including User Acceptance Testing planning.
  • Ensure that vendors address defects during the testing phase.
  • Collaborate with Change Management and Agency Readiness teams to facilitate training and implementation of project initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or IT consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale implementation projects with multiple vendors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams.
  • Strong capability to engage senior management across various agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective time management abilities.
  • Experience in planning and executing migrations from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Recent experience managing Salesforce projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Prior experience in state or government projects is advantageous.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates who can work three days onsite and two days remotely.
