This individual will be instrumental in driving various initiatives aimed at attracting new clientele while fostering engagement and retention among existing customers. The role is pivotal in ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented effectively, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects project requirements and proactively leads the execution of assigned initiatives.
- Assists the marketing team in ensuring that all materials align with approved content through a thorough validation and proofreading process.
- Collaborates with internal creative teams and external agency partners to guarantee compliance in marketing materials and campaign designs.
- Maintains project timelines and status updates, effectively communicating key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Reviews and verifies content against Source of Truth Documents for annual enrollment periods.
- Keeps a detailed spreadsheet of tracking metrics.
- Manages projects for campaigns involving materials sent to external proofing agencies.
- Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with marketing project management and automation tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred for candidates in this position.
The anticipated compensation range for this role is $38.95 to $43.28 per hour, influenced by factors such as education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
