As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment where you will work alongside seasoned professionals who are former business leaders and management consultants.

Our Summer Internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to various industries and functions, as well as learn about the careers of leading executives worldwide. You will participate in trainings designed to broaden your skill set and familiarity with executive search, and be assigned an Advisor, Mentor, and Buddy to facilitate a smooth onboarding and provide guidance and support throughout the summer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on multi-faceted business development projects, identifying creative solutions to search assignments and new business issues.
  • Provide research and analysis support to management, participating in special projects and working on a variety of projects that vary greatly in size and complexity.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and intellectual capital pieces, such as articles, to showcase your findings and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Rising senior with a strong academic record (3.3+ GPA) and an interest in business, leadership, and/or human capital.
  • Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through broad extracurricular involvement, including internships, work experience, community service, athletics, or roles in student-led organizations.
  • Advanced research and analysis skills, either through coursework or previous work experience, as well as strong project and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • A self-starter who is naturally curious, team-oriented, and tenacious.
