Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

United Community & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals, children, and families, addressing behavioral, substance abuse, psychiatric, or emotional issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote improved health outcomes and support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (MA, MFT, MSW).
  • CT State Licensure eligible for LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in EPIC (electronic health record system).
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred, with a pay differential offered.
