We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Healthcare Specialist to join our team at UHC Solutions. This full-time position is based in an outpatient non-profit community health center, specializing in integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings for children from birth to adolescence.
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and other health issues.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic illnesses, such as asthma, diabetes, and ADHD.
  • Provide counseling and support to parents on nutrition, behavior, and child-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Active Connecticut license.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a community/public health setting.
  • Understanding of child development and behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills.
