About the Job:

As an Administrative Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our leadership executives and their families, providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks related to their business and personal lives. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for executives and their families;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries;
  • Managing schedules and calendars;
  • Preparing documents and reports;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Building relationships with vendors and suppliers;
  • Managing household staff and services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven experience in administrative roles;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Must own a car and have a valid driver's license;
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally;
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
