Job Summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support the F-35 effort at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. As a key member of our team, you will provide organizational support and coordination to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide support to the System Program Director, Deputy Director, and Chief Engineer, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across teams.
  • Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, problems, and issues, summarizing major activities accomplished during the reporting period.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to organize and store program data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Documentation and Briefings: Support the planning, formulation, editing, development, and publication of program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • Operational Support: Assist in establishing and maintaining master files of program data, tracking and resolving issues, and verifying checklists against administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree required; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a Master's degree.
  • Experience: At least ten years of recent program management experience with a demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition and ten years of experience in the field of specialized expertise with respect to DoD programs.
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: May be required to lift 15 lbs, walk/travel across the work location/base, and stand for extended periods.
