The Role:

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents. This position requires a commitment to maintaining the property’s reputation and providing administrative support to the office staff.

About the Community:

The Quarters at Oxford is a well-equipped housing community designed with the needs of university students in mind, featuring 190 units and 636 beds, all recently renovated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody and promote Tailwind Group's core values: Entrepreneurial, Versatile, Responsive, Innovative, and Integrity.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during interactions with residents, prospects, vendors, and community members.
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives on campus and within the community, including customer appreciation events and other special occasions.
  • Handle leasing inquiries from potential residents by scheduling appointments, conducting tours, maintaining show units, and following up with leads.
  • Support annual unit turnover and assist with move-in/move-out processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks and Front Desk duties as required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and assist in the collection of necessary fees in line with company policies.
  • Gather feedback from residents and relay it to the team.
  • Address after-hours emergency situations as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Preference for candidates who reside on-site and are currently enrolled at the university.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and effective in a team-oriented setting.
  • Possess a positive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
