BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

LEADERSHIP IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH:
Deliver direct patient care while overseeing behavioral health staff.
Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory standards.
Assess treatment plans, documentation, and service delivery.
MANAGING PERFORMANCE:
Ensure that teams achieve performance metrics in compliance with standards.
Focus on enhancing the patient experience while upholding compliance.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Supervise the onboarding and training processes for new staff members.
Implement policies, procedures, and training programs.
COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION:
Engage in and occasionally facilitate meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure optimal care delivery.
Provide updates on recruitment efforts and industry insights.
ENSURING COMPLIANCE:
Adhere to and oversee compliance in supervisory activities.
Foster and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication abilities.
High levels of empathy and compassion for patients.
Proficient in working with diverse populations.
Team-oriented and a natural problem solver.
Adaptable and agile in a dynamic work environment.
Technologically proficient, with a preference for familiarity with MS Office.
Strong dedication to compliance and ethical standards.
Emerging leadership skills and potential for project management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
~ EXPERIENCE
~ Required
~ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
~ Preferred
~ At least 1 year of experience as a Therapist at BrightView or equivalent experience.
~ Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
EDUCATION:
Required
A Master's Degree, consistent with state-level regulations and requirements.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
Active licensure in accordance with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation.
