We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Addiction Medicine Physician to join our team at Integrity Healthcare in Southern Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical assistance and support to patients undergoing treatment
- Document patient progress and adjust medications as needed
Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, up to 24 weeks per year
- Availability to work 23 days per year, with flexible scheduling
- Active Medical License
- Medicaid number or eligibility
- X Waiver for DEA required (if not already held, assistance will be provided)
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $150 per hour, plus malpractice insurance
- Opportunity to work at another facility simultaneously to receive benefits package (32 hours required)
- Assistance with relocation
