Role Summary:

As a Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents, thereby supporting their journey towards long-term recovery. Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager and Executive Director, you will help maintain a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute proficient housekeeping, laundry, and linen services across patient care areas, restrooms, offices, and communal spaces.
  • Engage in thorough cleaning tasks, including mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing floors and surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in common areas such as group rooms, lobbies, and waiting areas.
  • Regularly ensure restrooms are sanitized, cleaned, and adequately stocked.
  • Manage inventory of supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Conduct daily cleaning activities including mopping, dusting, window washing, vacuuming, and infection control measures.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred.
