We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Macc Marketing Co., Inc. as a part-time position that will become full-time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of standard office functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and manufacturers
  • Assist with document creation, filing, and customer follow-up
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners
  • Perform standard administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual a plus
  • English as a first language

Compensation: $10-$12 per hour to start, with increases after 9 days
