Position Overview

We are in search of a bilingual Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and assist in resolving technical challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing scheduling for incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving services.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is required.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • Strong telephone and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.

Education & Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Successful completion of on-the-job training is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and operate cash register or related equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to work weekends and some holidays as needed.
  • Capability to perform repetitive movements over long durations.
