Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Support Associate to join our team at Chefs Delights Catering Inc. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and provide information about our available services and menu options.
  • Office Administration: Perform daily office clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Account Management: Document and update customer accounts based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving menus and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other software applications such as QuickBooks and Adobe.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Enthusiastic, positive, and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
