Position Overview:

AdTheorent is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead strategy, product marketing, platform demos, competitive analyses, and product roll-out for AdTheorent's Self-Service offering.

This individual will work directly with prospects and clients to pitch the platform, customize solutions, train users, and onboard organizations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of programmatic knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings, which will inform product strategy and help maintain AdTheorent's competitive edge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain active competitive landscape and analysis.
  • Refine the positioning of AdTheorent's Self-Service offering in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic self-service DSP business pitches.
  • Develop the go-to-market plan for new product releases.
  • Partner with the Sales team on strategic Self-Service client proposals.
  • Create an immersive and informative platform Demo experience for prospects and clients.
  • Foster enthusiasm for the platform and promote key features.
  • Advocate and anticipate the need for new Sales materials and lead the production of new content, case studies, and positioning.
  • Consult with clients on use cases for new / upcoming features.
  • Aggregate user experiences and feedback to shape platform enhancements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction in every engagement with AdTheorent's platform and team.

Requirements include 8+ years' experience in digital strategy and positioning within the digital advertising or DSP space, a deep understanding of positioning and DSP features across major DSP competitors, and experience working with advertising agencies and communicating with clients.

Additional requirements include a collaborative team player with the ability to build professional relationships and work effectively across many distinct functions, a self-motivated and solution-oriented attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to evolving business and client needs.

Benefits include a compensation range of $120-135K base + bonus potential, full health coverage, generous PTO, and an award-winning office culture.
