In this role, you will:

  • Drive the creation of customer-centric experiences through reliable, scalable, and secure engagement services.
  • Utilize your expertise in programming languages, distributed microservices, and serverless computing to enhance our offerings.
  • Engage in strategic product development, focusing on new features that integrate marketing, support, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bi-weekly sprint planning sessions and daily standups.
  • Facilitate weekly operational meetings and conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions.
  • Communicate project statuses effectively and participate in collaborative meetings with UX, PM, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Contribute to feature development and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Foster a positive team environment through regular team events and activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems.
  • 8+ years of experience leading the development of multi-tier web services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with users and senior leadership.
  • Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams.
