What will your responsibilities entail?

  • Develop and implement a dynamic, results-driven market strategy aimed at increasing revenue by identifying, targeting, designing, and selling to enterprise-level clients and prospects.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer acquisition by leveraging PSI's unique value propositions when engaging with enterprise-level clients.
  • Create a measurable, scalable, and proactive sales strategy supported by effective market development and demand generation tactics.
  • Establish a sales territory and develop the necessary resources to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Consistently seek new business opportunities while retaining and expanding existing client relationships to drive profitable revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in collaboration with other PSI departments to maintain and grow revenue within the designated sales territory.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships through trust-based interactions with clients and colleagues.

What qualifications should you possess?

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive and proven sales experience is preferred; recent senior-level sales experience is advantageous.
  • A solid track record of selling value-based fire and life safety solutions that enhance customer value.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture revenue streams with senior executives at leading companies.
  • Comprehensive commercial skills, including the ability to establish and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in the fire and life safety industry is highly desirable.
