Key Responsibilities

The Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care by overseeing daily operations and staffing within the department. Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a strong clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and outcomes.
  • Driving efforts to standardize clinical practices and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Meeting internal and external performance benchmarks and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Managing patient admissions and discharges to optimize care delivery.
  • Facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration to meet patient needs effectively.
  • Providing leadership to foster an exceptional patient experience and instilling a culture of accountability.
  • Utilizing feedback mechanisms to identify and implement strategies for improving patient satisfaction.
  • Coaching and developing staff to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Managing staffing levels and operational costs to ensure resource efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment is necessary.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the relevant state is required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
  • Specialty certification must be obtained within six months for new hires.
