  • Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, strategically allocating resources to campaigns that yield the highest return on investment and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside product management, design, IT, and sales teams to ensure alignment of website and digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Supervise the functionality and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user journey from browsing to checkout.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
  • Skills: Proficient in website analytics, SEO, SEM, and CRO, with expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms.
