Position Overview:


The AV Solutions Sales Specialist is primarily tasked with acquiring new business and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.

This role involves achieving or surpassing sales targets, maintaining a consistent prospecting approach, and staying updated on all products, services, and sales techniques.

The specialist will be responsible for designing and finalizing long-term recurring revenue agreements and marketing mid to large-scale residential integrated systems to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage client/customer accounts effectively.

Create client proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.


Engage with customers throughout the sales process to finalize sales, address inquiries, and provide follow-up guidance and technical support for all aspects of our offerings.

Conduct inspections of ongoing projects after initial setup and finalization to ensure quality standards.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant advancements in the industry.

Keep detailed records of project modifications.

Project Management Duties:
Manage technician timesheets, labor budgets, and ensure timely project completions.


Utilize all available resources (Referrals, Route Leads, etc.) and sustain a proactive prospecting system to identify and engage new prospects within the designated territory.


Complete and submit weekly timesheets with client information, weekly updates on contacts made, project progress status, etc., as required.

Required Skills:

Candidates should demonstrate strong professional integrity, exceptional sales capabilities, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

A 4-year business degree is preferred or equivalent experience in a related field. Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in outside sales. A strong work ethic, perseverance, determination, and self-discipline are essential. Attention to detail and teamwork are crucial.

Prior experience with home automation and familiarity with Dtools desktop systems is preferred for this role.

Compensation structure includes a base salary plus commission.
