Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to guide content development.
  • Help organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular posting.
  • Generate creative ideas for social media initiatives and contests.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
  • Track and report on essential social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
