Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with audiences by monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to enhance content strategies.
  • Help maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and contests.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics for social media posts.
  • Track and analyze key social media metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
