Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated Social Media Associate to effectively connect with targeted online communities and network users.

This role involves working 16 hours across 2 days each week at our Design Center, with a compensation of $20 per hour. There is potential for growth based on performance.

Objective:
Our aim is to enhance customer engagement, cultivate relationships, drive traffic to our website, and boost revenue through strategic social media marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive analysis, platform selection, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (including original text, images, video, or HTML) that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community interaction.
  • Optimize company profiles across various platforms to enhance the visibility of our social media content.
  • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines.
  • Establish editorial calendars and content distribution schedules.
  • Continuously analyze social media metrics and best practices to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as customer relations and sales) to manage brand reputation and coordinate efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Strong skills in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication.
  • Proven experience with social networking and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with web design, development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar marketing software.
  • Fluency in English is required.
