We are seeking a Solid Wood Associate to become a vital part of our manufacturing team. This role involves selecting appropriate materials, cutting, machining, assembling, and sanding cabinet components such as doors, drawer fronts, and face frames utilizing various machinery, hand tools, and power tools. Additional tasks may include cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce solid wood components for various production orders, including replacements and transfers.
  • Manufacture doors and drawer fronts through a detailed process that encompasses cutting and machining raw solid wood, preparing door center panels, assembling, calibrating thickness, machining profiles, drilling hinge holes, and final product preparation.
  • Execute face frame production, which involves cutting, calibrating, and machining raw solid wood, assembling frames, and preparing for finishing.
  • Safely operate computer-controlled machines, table saws, router tables, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in other departments and perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with CNC machinery and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to take precise measurements.
  • Proficient in reading tape measures and blueprints.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently while following safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 49 lbs.
  • Safety footwear is mandatory.

*Duties and requirements may vary based on production needs. Candidates should be prepared to assist in other warehouse departments as necessary.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
