About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards, franchisee policies, and applicable laws.
  • Lead team meetings and oversee Brand Training Programs, including scheduling, training, and validating team and shift lead staff.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed, and create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement, and communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members.
  • Execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling, and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
  • Control costs to maximize profitability, complete inventory on a periodic basis, and support the Restaurant Manager in completing the weekly labor schedule and assigning staff and deployment.
  • Manage cash over/short in the restaurant and ensure team members follow franchisee's cash management policies, and engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
Management Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members, and assist with team and shift lead performance appraisal processes.
  • Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction, and ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by the franchisee.
Requirements
  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
  • Top-notch customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent leadership skills.
  • Works well under pressure, able to multi-task, and has financial literacy and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, and must submit to a background check.
  • Previous management experience required.
