Field Training Manager

The Field Training Manager is responsible for administering and facilitating training programs, resources, and field training activities, including critical field operations support and special assignments. This position serves as a liaison between the training department and the field, as well as Delight Center personnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure teams are working on their bench plan for Shift Leads, AGMs, and RGMs.
• Shepherd the process to ensure training plans are in place and operations teams are developing and promoting team members properly.
• Successfully influence operations leaders about the importance of identifying highly promotable team members and taking them through proper training processes.
• Partner with Operations to ensure Learning Zone training is being properly completed by team members.
• Conduct one Full CORE audit in the assigned market per quarter and coach operations on areas of opportunity.
• Own the Training Store Manager (MTM) process and certify MTMs.
• Assist operations with the identification of MTMs and support MTM managers to coach to the highest standards of training excellence.
Requirements
• Three years or more experience in the restaurant industry.
• Two years or more of training experience.
• Proven ability for high detail orientation with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills, Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Experience managing complex event logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable, and ambiguous environment.
• Works well under pressure and tight timelines.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expert in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
