Our client is also open to candidates who may have limited manufacturing experience but possess a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills within the manufacturing sector. This is a rapidly expanding manufacturer that offers long-term career advancement opportunities.

Shifts:
  • 1st Shift - 6:05 AM to 3:05 PM
  • **Candidates must be available for overtime as required**
Compensation:
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on shift and experience level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hand assembly of sub-systems and components
  • Reading, interpreting, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions
  • Utilizing manual hand tools and power tools as necessary for assembly and validation tasks
  • Operating material handling equipment as required; training and certification will be provided
  • Conducting basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify issues within the system, sub-systems, and ancillary components during the manufacturing process
  • Adhering to all environmental health and safety regulations during work; compliance with OSHA standards is mandatory
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
  • Communicating professionally with team members and supervisors
  • Completing necessary manufacturing documentation as required
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; vocational education or training is preferred
  • Preferred one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role
  • High level of manual dexterity
  • Experience and comfort with operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Willingness to work overtime as assigned and adapt to a flexible work schedule based on manufacturing demands
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Capability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
