Position Summary:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Manufacturing Assembly Associate in our state-of-the-art facility. This position involves working within our Electrical Assembly and Production operations, where individuals with manufacturing experience and mechanical or technical skills are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand assembly of sub-systems and components.
  • Read, interpret, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.
  • Operate manual hand tools and power tools as required for assembly and validation tasks.
  • Utilize material handling equipment when necessary.
  • Participate in training and certification programs provided by the company.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Follow all environmental health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; vocational education or training is preferred.
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing assembly role is preferred.
  • Strong manual dexterity and comfort with operating hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule based on manufacturing demands.
  • Proficient in computer operation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
