Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to support our customer (DISA) as a VoIP Specialist. This position requires on-site work at a secure facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all telephone systems and services. This specialist must be able to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues/solutions.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, document, and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTCs, network infrastructure, and trunk circuits.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement simple solutions for smooth continuing operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.
  • Must hold Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) prior to start date.
