Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing administrative construction duties, including document control, preparing submittal schedules for approval and distribution, and assisting the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on DSA projects in the commercial construction market. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
- Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
- Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
- Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and field operations
- Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
- Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience working in commercial construction specifically DSA projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using construction management software
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
