The Clark Construction Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Summer Associate Program. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop a strong foundation in project development, project management, and field engineering.

Responsibilities:

We have opportunities in vertical and civil construction, electrical and foundations specialties, and more. While roles will vary based on your assigned department or jobsite, your assignments might include:

  • Project Delivery - Project Management: Gain an understanding of the day-to-day and long-term business and financial management associated with construction projects.
  • Project Delivery - Field Management: Learn the building process, assist in laying the groundwork for projects, and coordinate the sequence of work on a project site.
  • Project Development: Learn how Clark acquires new work, develops strategies for meeting project goals, and maintains relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are currently attending university and working to complete an undergraduate or master's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field. A genuine interest and passion for the construction industry are essential.
